PDF exports include a cover page with a tamper-proof signature (a unique fingerprint of the document’s bytes), an export timestamp, the preparer (your account), and the case + subject + matter identifiers. Every finding cites its source feed and the date that source was queried.
The signature is a SHA-256 cryptographic hash of the file. If a single byte of the PDF is altered after export, the signature won’t match — making any tampering immediately detectable to opposing counsel or the court.
