On a case detail page → Share → choose link expiry (24h, 7d, 30d, no expiry). The link is privacy-defaulted: the recipient sees findings only — sharer name, organization, and avatar are hidden, SSN is suppressed, dates render in MM/DD/YYYY.
What recipients can do
- View findings and download a PDF
- Add comments (if you enable them)
- Cannot run new searches, change subjects, or see the audit log
TIPFor evidentiary use, prefer a hash-stamped PDF export over a share link. Share links are convenient but link-bearer access can be tricky to vouch for in court.
