On any subject’s detail page, the IDENTIFIERS column on the left lists every email, phone, address, and core ID we’re tracking. Click + Add identifier (top right) to add a new one — it slots into the right group automatically based on the format you type.
What gets re-checked
Each identifier becomes a lookup key: every sweep re-runs all 205 sources against it. The MAIN identifier (the one marked “primary”) is also what appears in alert summaries, exports, and shared links — set it to the field you want to be the canonical handle.
TIPRemoving an identifier stops monitoring it but keeps historical findings tied to it (so the audit log stays intact). To purge it entirely, use the Data Removal page.
