Settings → Account → Delete account starts the deletion. The account is immediately deactivated — you can’t sign in, the URL stops resolving, all subscriptions are canceled and prorated.
30-day grace period
For 30 days the underlying data is retained but inaccessible. If you change your mind in that window, email support@idleakcheck.com from the original account email and we’ll restore everything. After 30 days the data is hard-deleted from production; backups roll out within 35 days after that.
Findings about you (not your account)
If your data appears in someone else’s reports, account deletion alone won’t remove it. Use the Data Removal page → Remove information about me to file a request — that’s a separate flow.
